Harrisburg Pa September 20 the state board of pardons is set to grant a continuance in the case of John A Bell Pittsburgh bank embezzler as requested by his counsel The case was first slated for June 1 and postponed for more time to prepare The board will also review a letter from former Governor Gifford Pinchot opposing a pardon for Bell and asking to be informed when the case will actually come up
