Not guilty verdict rendered by jurors today in Lawrence county court for Paul G. Cartwright of Ellwood City after trial before Judge James A. Chambers. The jury found the county of Lawrence pays the costs. Testimony had been heard yesterday and the court charged the jury this morning. Cartwright testified he left his hardware store about 10:30 PM August 26, went to the Country club, then drove home around 4:15 AM.
