Mrs Ellis receives 795.14 to time of remarriage October 14 1918 and the children get 33 79 weekly until March 19 1921 then 2 27 and seven tenths per week for 28 weeks until they reach 16 on September 24 1923 with a guardian handling funds. The arrangement follows the report of the committee and was placed on file.

Back On Visit After 35 Years

Awning Fire Damages Fifth Floor Office Window
Fire crews from several Ure departments responded to Lawrence Havings and Trust Company building to tackle an awning blaze at the window of J. M. Underwood's office on the fifth floor. The fire was extinguished with a chemical agent, limiting damage to the awning wood and glass. Investigation suggested the blaze started from a cigarette or cigar ember near the window. The fire originated on the fifth floor where a Miderwand window and surrounding woodwork suffered minor damage.
