State police arrested three youths after they were found in a stolen pickup on Pa. 551 in North Beaver Township. The 7-year-old driver, a Youth Development Center runaway, was returned to YDC authorities. The other two youths, 14 from Butler County, were returned to juvenile authorities. A citizen tip led to the apprehension and recovery of the vehicle.
