Attorney Charles E. Medard asked the county commissioners to grant a rule to show cause why a reward should not be paid to Captain Moon for capturing a horse thief. A liv ery rig was stolen from William H. Grinnen of Wampum and Captain Moon arrested Edward Pollyblank in Cuya hoga Falls Ohio. Pollyblank pled guilty in Lawrence county court and received four years in the penitentiary. Moon seeks 20 dollars for the arrest and 9.36 dollars for mileage. Judge Porter granted the rule and the case was to be argued later.
