Five year old Janie Franz, abducted in Trenton New Jersey, was found unharmed in Philadelphia. Suspect Gerald A. Hutt 35 a Bridgeport Connecticut short order cook was arrested and charged with kidnapping and indecent assault. He denied abduction and claimed he was traveling to a Philadelphia job.
