County jobless rate rises in July amid statewide peak

Iran Air jet hijacked after takeoff to Cairo

Mexico seeks landmark debt refinancing to cut interest
Mexico gains preliminary approval to refinance about 48.5 billion dollars of foreign debt over 14 years, lowering interest by swapping from prime rates to Libor and possibly using local currencies.
