Optimist Club completed arrangements for the fourth annual Orange Crate Derby on Taylor street hill Labor Day. Twenty four New Castle boys will race in heats starting at 9 45 with a parade, national anthem and prayers. Prizes include two bicycles and awards for best steering brakes design and appearance. Cars will be displayed at Montgomery's photo shop and Craft Motor company until Monday. Judges are Jack Gerson Q K Craft and Jacob Co Wachtman.
