City man charged in child pornography case
A 43 year old North Hill man, Scott Alan Nicolls of 407 Blaine St, is jailed in Lawrence County on three felony counts of sexual abuse of children by distribution of child pornography, seven counts of possession, and one count of criminal use of a communications facility. The charges cover July 29 to Aug 9 and stem from an online investigation of peer to peer file sharing by the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General with New Castle police.
