Injured Man's Family Awarded $1.3 Million Settlement

Billy Ray Moore 42 and his wife Addie accept a $1.3 million settlement from Elk River Inc. of Cullman Alabama after a 40 foot fall at a cell tower left Moore unable to work. The Feb 28 2002 suit alleged a defective rebar assembly caused the accident. The case was argued by Dallas W Hartman and Douglas Olcott. The settlement aims to cover medical bills and attorney fees.
