Fire closes Lordstown plant after storage area blaze
A fire at the General Motors van assembly plant in Lordstown Ohio halted production and sent about 1300 workers home late Thursday. Lordstown and Warren fire crews extinguished the blaze, area cleaned, production resumed early Friday. It was the second time in 14 months the same storage area burned.
