Five bystanders help police capture purse snatcher

Union Township boy critically injured in accidental shotgun wound
A 14 year old in Union Township was holding a shotgun in a home when it discharged in an adjoining room, injuring Jeffrey Jaskola in the head. Police say the incident, reported at 6:30 p.m., was accidental. The boy was treated at Jameson Memorial Hospital before transfer to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.
