Couple in two accidents in Beaver Falls area
Lawrence County couple John Fusco aged 40 and Sylvia aged 41 were injured when their car was struck by a tractor-trailer on Pa. 18 in Big Beaver Borough, then again 15 minutes later when the ambulance taking them to Beaver Falls Hospital was hit in Beaver Falls. Both were admitted in fair condition with chest pains and head injuries. The truck driver Paul Garrison, 46, of New Castle escaped major injuries. the second crash involved Derrick Stevenson and John Charles, Beaver Falls, with Ronald Miller of Ellwood City driving the other car. All treated for minor injuries and released. no charges filed.
