Harrisburg November 29 13 year thirst ends Tuesday and legalized hard liquor returns to every Pennsylvania municipality under the McClure control bill. Local option allowed but no ballot before the 1934 general election. Prohibition of retail liquor sales allowed only once every four years. A separate bill to lift malt beverage alcohol limits is moving through the legislature.
