Man Arrested After Attempted Theft Of City Public Works Truck
New Castle police say Floyd Llewellyn, 54, of Rochester, was not charged and was sent back to Beaver County for prosecution on prior offenses after an attempted theft of a city public works truck. Officers reported a man wearing safety goggles tried to steal a black public works pickup found stuck in mud near Big Run. Llewellyn was at the scene and arrested, then handed to Beaver Falls police.
