North Hill man Samuel Lee Lowry III, 32, of 1405 N. Mercer St., was arrested after a woman reports he climbed into her bed on Cuba Street and attempted sexual assault while she slept. Police charged him with rape of an unconscious victim, burglary, and related counts. he was arraigned and jailed on 50,000 bond.
