A well behaved audience of school children enjoyed the Chil dren's Theater production of Alad din and His Wonderful Lamp with impressive stage lighting. The Lawrence County Council P T A aims to bring such school plays to the city and the reception confirmed their value. The Hickory Heights P T A will meet Thursday evening November in the school with Mrs W Su Cosel as guest speaker. A reading and musical numbers by local students were featured. The Lawrence County P T A met Monday evening at 331 Boyles Avenue with plans to host more entertainments and thanks to school officials for cooperation. The council meets Tuesday November 12 at 1515 Delaware Avenue.
Members of the M C A notes Men s club will host the Y s Men s club of Youngstown at a North Beaver inn on Thursday evening November 8. Wives and friends of both chapters will be guests. James Messner and Harold Ramsey in charge. Professor Walter Bieberich of Westminster College will speak on The New Germany before the Phalanx fraternity on Wednesday evening November 7.
