Endeavorers Scavenger Hunt Brightens Rainy Evening
The Christian Endeavor society from Central Presbyterian church organized a scavenger hunt Monday night, loading seven cars with groups and lists of items to gather. Dr C B Wingerd led a team that returned with a spinning wheel, a 2 year old Liberty, worn radio tube, old directories, a protractor, knitting needle, knapsack and more. Afterward, participants shared stories of the hunt before a Hamburg fry meal prepared by Mr and Mrs L A Campbell.
