Ellwood City man charged with arson and attempted homicide
Timothy Douglas Jackson, 47, of 210 Franklin Ave., is charged with arson over a September 24 fire at a Lawrence County Housing Authority apartment on Loop Street. Three counts of attempted homicide are included as neighbors were evacuated and the building destroyed with estimated damage of 75 000 to 85 000.
