Brown haired Carol Clark 13 testifies at Floyd E. Hargrove 35 on trial for first degree murder in the Christmas Eve sniper slaying of her father Charles Clark 34. Charles was killed when a bullet shattered a window while he and Carol opened a can of pumpkin. Hargrove known to the family as uncle Gene reports he was en route to visit his children.
