Polio inoculation program in schools expands countywide
About one fourth of 5 500 school age children slated for polio shots have already received inoculations since the program began last Wednesday. The National Foundation provides free vaccine for students with fewer than three shots. The Lawrence County Medical Society aids by administering. In New Castle Senior High 416 students were inoculated yesterday. Nearly 600 at Benjamin Franklin and George Washington Junior High were scheduled today. Approximately 1 285 public elementary students will be inoculated tomorrow and Thursday. Parochial students are slated for Friday. The program aims to finish in city schools by Friday and in township and borough districts by June 4.

Bank Robbers Make Getaway in Forest Hills
Two masked men robbed Western Pennsylvania National Bank in Forest Hills taking an estimated 20 000 to 25 000 and forcing about 10 people into a back room. They fled in an old Buick spilling onto a car and leaving the scene. A bank employee described blue handkerchiefs over the robbers faces.
