In South Beaver Township Beaver County a father Forrest Cook 45 his wife Cora 45 and daughter Eleanor 25 were found slain at home. A blood stained axe near the Cook name was recovered and police said a teenage son Paul 17 was later arrested on a tax funds theft claim as investigators pursued a possible motive.
