Truck And Four Autos Figure In Collision

A truck and four autos were in volved in a collision on West Weslington Street near the P RR driveway at 4 08 p m yesterday. George W Bunell of Pennsylvania Avenue was arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and information was lodged against him at Alder town Margaret Orres office. The crash caused extensive damage as the vehicles wedged together. traffic was stopped and later released as officers handled the scene.

Man Arrested for Passing Worthless Checks in New Bethlehem

Simon Cunfer, held in New Bethlehem, Pa, is identified by a local photo as the man who passed a phony check at a merchant establishment. Police Captain Nick Cu Amang confirms Cunfer is suspected in four other check forgeries in the area. Scott W Collins aged 84 of Elkwood City died in Jameson Memorial hospital after a weeks illness. He was born February 28, 1008 in Scott Township Lawrence County, son of the late Washingt and Mrs Collins. Survived by two sons Narmelt Collins and Everett Collins, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild. Two sons Charles and Frank preceded him in death. Beaver High School Class Night Theme School Daze Shown

Triday evening in tus school Auditorium. On 26 sectors of North Beaver township high school had their Class Night program School Daze was the theme for the program packed with fun. The senior chorus sang School Days and the program included slides Grade School Memories by James Hasper. The Green and White class seniors were featured with humor, skits, and a Fortune Teller's Booth preview. The class song was by William Gwin and George Oain and Graduation closed the evening.
