Clairsville Ohio May 21 axes burglars blew open the post office safe with dynamite and escaped with 500 to 600 dollars in cash plus several hundred stamps. The crime occurred only about 50 feet from the county jail and sheriff's office in the city building under the treasurer's vault. The thieves fled on a stolen horse and buggy they took just after the raid.

Three girls injured in runaway horse incident
