Ellwood City man dies in Neshannock motorcycle crash
A 28 year old Ellwood City man, Frank Hogue, died after a motorcycle collision with a car at the Chapin Road and Pa. 18 intersection in Neshannock Township. Stacey Wagner, 20, of Randall Drive, who was driving the car, told police she had no traffic on her left and pulled into the intersection. Hogue wore a helmet and died at Jameson Memorial Hospital after the 4:30 p.m. accident. Wagner was treated and released. charges pending after the inquiry.
