Larry Humphreys, 33, Natrona Heights, was sentenced to one to two years for neglect related to his nine year old son Larry Jr.’s death from pneumonia last October. The judge said this was the maximum for the misdemeanor. Humphreys will serve at Greensburg state prison. He was found guilty in March at a nonjury trial on endangering the welfare of his son. He was acquitted of aggravated and simple assault and recklessly endangering another person. His wife Mary was convicted of recklessly endangering another person and awaits sentencing.
