Water company plans standpipe or pump to boost pressure
Highland district residents may finally receive adequate water pressure as the water company promises to install a standpipe or add a lamp to boost pressure. A test of downtown mains pressure, using twelve strings of hose, was scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock after approval from the city fire committee.
