Five escapees flee jail in Lawrence County break
Three of the five city men who escaped from the Lawrence County Jail Sunday night were back in custody this morning. John Razo II and Wansell Riley surrendered to jail officials, and Raymond Rice was arrested by New Castle police. Kenneth Brown and Troy Gallagher remain at large. Rice was nabbed about 3:15 a.m. after being spotted on Long Avenue. The trio escaped by cutting through screen wire mesh and steel bars, then climbed to the roof and jumped to freedom.
