Bullet Grazes Fugass Heart in Apparent Misfire at Cement Plant

A bullet grazed Thomas Fugass near the heart at 1035 Butler Avenue as he escaped a gunman. Officers found him alive with head injuries from a beating. the assailant fled. Suspect John Wasciechowski was named by Fugass and remains at large.
