Coroner Identifies Dead Man After Hit Run Crash
The coroner identified Edward Davis, about 47, of Pittsburgh, as the man killed on U S 422 near New Castle. Davis died from a broken neck and skull fracture after being struck by a maroon 1954 Buick while walking toward the city. Police seek the death car and a man named Thomas Cooley.
