Harrisburg May 18 Two wills in which Governor Tebéer is deeply interested are said to be in danger. One bill would require the banking department to assume costs for failing institutions and appoint receivers through the department. It aims to prevent receiverships that drain assets from depositors and stockholders. Senator Tustin introduced the measure, but action has been unclear after reports of negative reception. The other bill mirrors the first but targets the Insurance department to protect parity holders and stockholders.
