Rail officials from the B and O and B and P railroads toured the consolidated properties after merger. They arrived in special cars to review the B and P holdings and the new ashpit at the terminal, with lunch aboard the R and P spur before departing for headquarters.
The Neshannock township school board faces legal action after R W Dinsmore A S Moore and W B McQuiston allegedly expelled Wendall P Ball and Elizabeth Nesbit during a meeting at the Dinsmore home. Ball and Mrs Nesbit seek a writ of mandamus and an injunction to halt further action pending the case.
