Three Ohio Men Charged After Solvent Sale Arrest
Three Ohio men Peter N. Kantaras James J. Kaminsky and David Bellasto were arrested on Skyhill Road in Mahoning Township at 8 11 p m and jailed overnight. They were arraigned before District Magistrate Betty Tou Kradel with bonds of 1009 cash or 2000 property for Kantaras and Kaminsky and 5000 cash or 10000 property for Bellasto. They were returned to Lawrence County Jail in lieu of bond.
