Ten German industrial leaders visiting the United States on their fifth annual tour were guests in Pittsburgh today. They planned to visit Ford plants in Detroit after Chicago and suggested Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing in Easy Pittsburgh and the H J Heine plant. The party from Leipzig and Essen included Paul Kahle Antonius Kufferath Rudolf Mann S Schacht Adam E Stuckrath Walter Tenglemann and Carl Twardaeus with an interpreter.

The Bremen crew and German-Irish flyers intend to fly their plane Bremen back to Europe using the Junkers F-13 on a U.S. tour. Officials say a definite return decision awaits coordinating many factors, with an itinerary to be announced soon. The team praised American flying fields and aviation organization, noting strong prospects for American aviation development.
President Coolidge and officials applaud the Bremen crew for the first eastward Atlantic crossing. A festive May Day welcome with ticker tape showers greets Baron von Auenfeld Captain Hermann Koehl and Major James Fitzmaurice. Inclement weather last week kept a low mood for tributes.

COURTHOUSE Albany May 2 After a 24 hour delay the trial of B. E. Knapp formerly charged with theft of a census check continues before Supreme Court Justice Stephen Cale. The prosecution presses to produce star witness Clara Blanche Knapp step daughter of the defendant who was said to be in court tomorrow. Investigators pursued her after she failed to appear, tracing her to Vermont before legal action forced a return.
The Rotary Club sponsors a city boys week pet parade scheduled for Saturday morning. All boys may join with any pets from dogs to ponies for prizes. The march starts at the Legion Home at 10 o clock, goes to Pennsylvania Station then returns for awards. Further notices will be issued Thursday.
Squire Edward OBrien died at his Miller avenue home after months of illness in May 1928. He was born near Parxessown in Union and served in city life, the son of Catherine Keefe O'Brien. His father fell at Fredericksburg leaving Edward at a young age, survived by siblings Frankere, Pitts omas, Susan, and others. The notice continues on another page.
