Bedford Pa March 31 a trailer truck driver was killed in a Turnpike accident near the Laurel Hill tunnel. The body identified as Robert H Gardner of 525 West Campbell St Roanoke Virginia was found in the cab. trailer and tractor lay at the foot of a deep embankment.
Floyd M. Galloway, recently promoted from general foreman at New Castle to general foreman at Washington Indiana, was feted at a testimonial dinner in Trinity church.
