Jeffrey Feinstein left a bag containing fourteen thousand seven hundred forty five dollars at home while heading to the airport. Los Angeles prosecutors announce a county grand jury has indicted Roman Polanski on multiple counts of drugging and raping a 33 year old girl at Jack Nicholson's house. Westminster California obstetrician Dr William Wadill was arraigned on a murder charge for allegedly killing an infant born during a saline abortion attempt at Westminster Community Hospital. Investigators say the baby died after Wadill ordered staff from the nursery before strangling the infant hours after birth. Wadill remained in municipal custody as a preliminary hearing date was set for April 1.
The Public Utility Commission unanimously voted to lift the residential service cutoff ban by gas electric and water heat companies effective March 1. Commissioner Miggel Jorssor said about 659000 gas and electric customers are delinquent in paying bills, with 200000 two or more months behind.
