Homicide and CVS robbery case postponed in Lawrence County
The preliminary hearing for 38 year old Jordan Perretti on charges of criminal homicide and CVS pharmacy robbery was postponed after attendees remained seated in court. Prosecutor Joshua Lamancusa moved for a continuance to secure more witnesses. The hearing rescheduled for 1 p.m. April 6 in Courtroom 1 before a district judge. Miles, 39, was shot multiple times and found in an alley behind Marshall Avenue. The CVS incident occurred the day before the homicide, with over 2000 Xanax pills stolen during the armed store robbery. Perretti faces charges of homicide and firearm possession, plus robbery and possession in the CVS case.
