Suit over no brakes skateboard fatality in San Francisco
A San Francisco mother files a negligence suit against the skateboard maker and retailer over a two wheeled vehicle described as having no brakes. Attorney Paul Elster says the product was inherently dangerous and damaged by the lack of brakes after her 13 year old son Anne Moulas-Washio was killed by a hit and run driver. Sharks still threat near beaches along Pam Beach County
Authorities warn schools of sharks that forced swimmers from the water at beaches along Pam Beach County Thursday may still be in the area. Bathers kept out of the water at Jupiter and Carlin Beach as several sightings of the deadly fish were reported nearby. In Jupiter Beach a shark was seen about 10 feet offshore. No attacks were reported, but a sheriff's spokesman said a helicopter patrol would likely resume today.
