Police Chief John F Haven feigned drunkenness to lure holdup men on South Jefferson and Centerway. He was attacked by a group of youths who fled as Plainclothesman Ray Showalter aided him. Lt Ralph Criswell and Marion J Young joined Showalter and later four more suspects were seized and charged with suspicion. Names include Stanley Balin Mike Miscunick Robert Kyte Alex Presnar and Andy Horvath Mischnick Kyte testified they were nearby but not part of the assault. Continued on Page Two.
