Sorrell a Hollywood film strike leader was kidnapped beaten and dumped from a car on highway 178 near Freeman Junction north of Mohave He told deputies he was abducted in Glendale at 7 15 last night by three men in a dark sedan one wearing a police uniform and carrying handcuffs He weighed 250 pounds and said the assailants spoke of a police arrest as they forced him toward their car.
