Ellwood City man waives hearing for trial on assault charges
Louis Ramponi, 41, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges from a Feb 20 21 incident in which his aunt Mary Bianco, 72, shot him with a .38 caliber handgun at her Division Avenue home.
