J Lee Clarke 33 of 628 South Bay Street Reading Pa died Monday in St Josephs hospital Reading after a motorcycle collision with a coal truck. He skidded on a trolley track in downtown Reading and was struck by an oncoming truck sustaining a fractured skull. Survived by his parents John W and Pearl Turner Clarke and a brother Frank. Clarke joined the patrol in 1934 and served at Avondale Clifton Heights Stroudsburg and Reading. he was a New Castle High School graduate.
