New Castle wins grower processor site in marijuana license rush
Morgan and Holistic Farms win a grower processor permit for New Castle, with a related plan to renovate a 1900 building at 911 Industrial St. to create 100 jobs over three to five years. The site, among roughly 180 applications, will operate in a non smoking, medical use program approved in 2016. Nitch of the Lawrence County chamber welcomes the project and notes anticipated job creation and economic impact.
