Frank Smith was found guilty on the second, third and fourth counts of the indictment for shooting Henry Duallo on Neal Street. Walter and Benjamin Aston, cousins, were executed at the Lancaster county jail after a Jan 30 burglary in Martin township ended with Walter Aston shooting an elderly man, Alfred Hallman.
