Family Fishing Festival brings first catches to Moraine State Park
Jordyn Haney and Maggie Lovett each land their first fish at Moraine State Park during the Family Fishing Festival. The event, organized by the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission, spans six regional days across the state, leading to two free fishing days on Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. Local officials hosted workshops as Glenn Scovil explained fish population management and conservation efforts for future generations.
