Stoecker Returns as Pastor at First Assembly of God
In October, 1994, after a vision of becoming pastor at New Castle's First Assembly, Stoecker accepted the post now leading a 230 member congregation that draws 400 on Sundays. He plans to address young families while serving an older population, emphasizing modern outreach and online sermons while preserving the church's century-long presence. Meyer oversees pastoral care as Stoecker integrates into the staff.
