Albert G. Smitty Smith Jr. 67 of old Route 18 Wampum died June 15 2017 after ill health. He served as a Combat Engineer and Sergeant First Class in the U S Army 1968 1999 and was a Vietnam War Marine 1968 1972. Survived by wife Avis 38 years, son Ryan McDonald New Castle daughter Joanna McQuiston New Castle two sisters and five grandchildren.
