Man charged after threatening bank workers in New Wilmington
Robert R. Dudek 57 of 204 Village Lane was arrested after a 4:30 p.m. incident at Sky Bank on South Market Street where his repossessed 1998 Chevrolet Malibu had been parked. Police said he refused to stop, threatened employees, and punched a officer during arrest attempts. He was charged with threats harassment disorderly conduct aggravated assault and resisting arrest and jailed on $1000 bond. His preliminary hearing is in Lawrence County Central Court.
