Sylvester son of Mr and Mrs Ernest Sylvester 919 Beckford St has been awarded a juris doctor degree from the University of Arizona College of Law In Turson He was a 1965 New Castle High School and 1988 Youngstown State University graduate While at Arizona he joined Phi Delta Phi the Student Bar Association Moot Court Board and edited the first law student handbook His honors include the American Jurisprudence Award and a graduate assistantship He will take the Arizona bar exams in July and is linked to the law firm Russo Cox and Dickerson in Tucson He is married to Sally Welshimer a Jameson Memorial Hospital nursing graduate
