Citywide Development plans single project on Lincoln Garfield site
Citywide Development Corporation opens a one year plan starting with securing the former Lincoln Garfield Elementary School on Long Avenue. The board seeks to raze the blighted building, attract new development, and prove stability to secure future DCED funding. They aim to obtain county ownership, EIN for nonprofit status, and a $600 check with the application while awaiting state budget action.
